Laundry Service

We offer a simple washing and drying service for our guests, using fragrance-free detergents. Just drop off your laundry at reception, complete the payment, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

How it works

1. Go to reception. Reception is accessible 24 hours a day, every day, even when no staff member is present. A small tip: push the reception door to open it — if you pull, it may seem locked!

2. Pack and label your laundry. You’ll find laundry bags, cards and a designated drop-off area inside reception. Place your dirty clothes in one of the bags provided. Then, fill in one of the cards with:

• House number

• Phone number (for collection notification)

• Preferred washing temperature

 

Place the completed card on top of your laundry bag so we know which house it belongs to and how you would like your clothes washed. 

 

3. Pay by QR code. Scan the QR code at reception and follow the instructions to pay for the number of laundry bags you are leaving. Each full bag counts as one laundry service. If you need two bags, please purchase two services.

 

4. We wash and dry your clothes. Leave your bag and completed card in the designated area and we’ll take care of the washing and drying.

 

5. We’ll let you know when it’s ready. We’ll send you a message as soon as your laundry is ready for collection. Estimated turnaround time: approximately 24 hours.
