SKÓGARKOT - THE HOUSE IN THE FOREST
"Skógarkot" is a wooden villa built in 2009 in the middled of the Kaldbaksskógur forest. Within the compound you can enjoy a 5 bedroom house with a spacious living area, a private garden with tables, fireplace, bbq, trampoline, a large baranda and an orchestra of birds ready to perform a private concert for you.
We recommend this house for families who want to enjoy Iceland like we locals do, people who are not in a hurry, who are willing to seat, breathe and enjoy nature.
FACILITIES
One family room (two connected bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms and one individidual one. One kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living room.
The kitchen is equiped with everything you need to cook, including oven and dishwasher.
The house has a private hot tub.
Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the parking lot. A private garden surronded by trees and paths that will make you feel like a forest creature.
